CampusHiring.in ("CampusHiring", "we", "our", or "us") is an AI-powered campus recruitment platform operated by Mavitriq Global. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you access our website at campushiring.in or use any of our services.
This policy applies to:
- Company Users — HR teams, talent acquisition leads, and recruiters accessing the hiring dashboard.
- Candidate Users — Students and fresh graduates whose profiles are accessible through integrated campus networks.
- Institutional Partners — Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) and universities connected via CampusDice.ai.
- Visitors — Anyone who browses campushiring.in without an account.

2. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information received from third-party partners.
Information You Provide:
- Account registration details: name, work email, company name, designation, phone number.
- Company profile: industry, size, hiring requirements, job descriptions, CTC ranges.
- Recruiter activity: job postings, interview schedules, offer letters, hiring decisions, feedback notes.
- Communications: messages to our support team, demo booking details, survey responses.
Information Collected Automatically:
- Device and browser information (IP address, browser type, OS, screen resolution).
- Usage logs: pages visited, features accessed, search queries, filters applied, time-on-page.
- Session identifiers and authentication tokens.
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
Information from Third Parties:
- Candidate profile data (academic records, skills, CGPA, branch) received from integrated institutions via the CampusDice.ai platform — only where students have granted consent to their institution.
- Single sign-on providers (Google Workspace, Microsoft) if you choose to log in via these methods.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and improve our service — operate the hiring dashboard, run AI matching algorithms, and deliver candidate recommendations.
- Personalise your experience — surface relevant candidates, suggest job description templates, and adapt the UI based on usage patterns.
- Communication — send transactional emails (interview reminders, offer confirmations), product updates, and support responses.
- Analytics and reporting — generate hiring success metrics, placement rate reports, and platform health dashboards for internal and client use.
- Security and fraud prevention — detect unusual activity, enforce access controls, and protect candidate data from misuse.
- Legal compliance — meet obligations under applicable Indian and international data protection laws.
We do not sell personal data to advertisers or third-party data brokers.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We share data only in the following circumstances:
- With your organisation — hiring managers within your company account can view activity logs and candidate interaction records.
- With integrated institutions — placement outcome data (hired / not hired, role, CTC) may be shared back to the originating college for placement reporting, only with your explicit acknowledgement.
- Service providers — we engage sub-processors (cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics) under strict data processing agreements. A list is available on request.
- Legal obligations — when required by law, court order, or government authority.
- Business transfer — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, personal data may be transferred; we will notify affected users.
5. Data Retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to deliver services and fulfil legal obligations:
