1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mavitriq Global ("CampusHiring", "we", "our") governing your access to and use of the CampusHiring.in platform, including its website, web application, APIs, and all related services.
By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or using any feature of CampusHiring, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use CampusHiring.in.
2. Platform Description
CampusHiring.in is a B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables companies to:
- Post job openings targeting specific campuses, courses, graduation years, and CGPA bands.
- Access structured student profiles sourced from integrated institutions via CampusDice.ai.
- Use AI-powered matching to filter, shortlist, and rank candidates.
- Schedule and manage interviews, issue offer letters, and track hiring outcomes.
- View analytics dashboards on hiring performance, campus ROI, and offer acceptance rates.
CampusHiring is a facilitator of recruitment. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, candidate acceptance, or joining rates. The final hiring decision rests entirely with the subscribing company.
3. Account Registration & Eligibility
To use CampusHiring you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Register as a verified company entity (sole proprietorship, LLP, private limited, or equivalent).
- Provide accurate and complete registration information, including a valid business email domain.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately at support@campushiring.in of any unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to reject or suspend accounts that do not meet eligibility criteria or that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription Plans & Payment
CampusHiring offers paid subscription plans as detailed on our Pricing page. The following terms apply:
- Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
- Auto-renewal: Plans auto-renew unless cancelled at least 5 business days before the renewal date.
- Taxes: All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Tax invoices will be issued as required by Indian law.
- Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in a written agreement.
- Plan changes: Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
- Non-payment: Failure to pay may result in suspension of access after a 7-day grace period.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use CampusHiring only for lawful hiring purposes. You must not:
- Post fraudulent, misleading, or discriminatory job listings.
- Contact candidates outside the platform for purposes unrelated to legitimate employment.
- Harvest, scrape, or export candidate data in bulk for use outside the platform.
- Share account credentials with individuals outside your authorised team.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or interfere with platform security or AI systems.
- Use the platform to discriminate against candidates based on caste, religion, gender, disability, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.
- Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any code intended to damage platform infrastructure.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
6. Candidate Data & Responsibilities
When you access candidate profiles on CampusHiring, you acknowledge that:
- Candidate data is made available under agreements between CampusHiring and their respective institutions. You are a downstream recipient and must handle data responsibly.
- You will use candidate information only for the specific hiring role for which it was accessed.
- You will comply with all applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) of India.
- You will not store candidate data beyond what is reasonably necessary for your hiring decision.
- You will honour any candidate request to withdraw their application or data.
CampusHiring may audit data usage practices for compliance. Non-compliance with candidate data obligations is grounds for account termination.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, design, trademarks, and logos on CampusHiring.in are the exclusive property of Mavitriq Global and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your internal hiring purposes during the subscription term. This licence does not include any right to sublicence, sell, resell, or commercialise any part of the platform.
Content you create on the platform (job descriptions, notes, templates) remains your property. By uploading it, you grant CampusHiring a licence to display and process it solely to provide the service.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
CampusHiring is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI matching recommendations will result in successful hires.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mavitriq Global's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or hiring losses, even if advised of the possibility.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination:
- Your access to the dashboard will cease at the end of the billing period.
- You may request an export of your own data within 30 days of termination.
- We will delete your account data per our data retention policy after the applicable period.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for material breach of these Terms, with or without notice.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the State of Madhya Pradesh. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement. The seat of arbitration shall be Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
